Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all of your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering your zip code. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
For orders shipped to locations outside the U.S., e-mail us at Sales@CoolFansOnline.com with the items being purchased and the country, and we will write back with a shipping quote.

Q: How can I reduce my shipping cost?
A: Check all the options. If you are in the Midwest, Priority Mail is often cheaper than Parcel Post. Also, if your package weighs more that 4 pounds (one 10" fan), UPS shipping is generally cheaper than the postal service.

Q: I live in a U.S. Territory (Guam, Puerto Rico...) How can I reduce my shipping cost?
A: Unfortunately, our shipping calculator incorrectly uses international rates for shipments to U.S. territories. If you place an order this way, we will refund the overcharge. If you write to us first at
Sales@CoolFansOnline.com, we will set up a special listing with the correct shipping charge.
